Josh Deere
Mr. Deere represents people with criminal charges as well as victims injured in accidents. His criminal defense law practice, known as Intermountain Criminal Defense, is a division of Intermountain Attorneys, LLC. He has been recognized with an AV rating Preeminent ®, the highest rating possible by Martindale Hubbel, in the areas of litigation, immigration law and general practice, and has been named a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association in the areas of plaintiffs litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Deere has extensive experience in the courts ranging from small disputes to multi-million dollar, complex cases. As a criminal attorney, Josh has represented clients in the state courts at the trial, appeal and Supreme Court levels, as well as in the Federal Immigration Courts, District Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
